Directions

  1. Mix the apple juice with the lemongrass and water in a pan. Let it draw for 15 minutes on low heat.
  2. Pour in the ginger syrup and bring the punch to the boil. Scoop the lemongrass with a slotted spoon from the pan and serve the punch in heat resistant glasses.
