Warm apple with ginger custard
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: granulated sugar, voice ginger in syrup (pot a 450 g), gold dishes, vanilla custard and cinnamon powder.

Heat 400 ml of water and sugar in a pan.

Mash half of gingerballs, add 2 tablespoons of ginger syrup (from pot) to sugar water and cook to boil.

Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut each apple into 8 parts.

Put apple wedges in ginger water and heat for approx.

5 minutes.

Cut the rest of gingerballs into very thin slices.

Heat about 1 minute in a saucepan custard and 2 tablespoons of ginger syrup.

Place apple slices in star shape on four plates (ginger water is no longer used).

Ginger the ginger custard and garnish with ginger slices.

Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon..
