Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 125 gram celery in pieces
- 125 gram leeks in strips
- 800 milliliters poultry feast
- 800 milliliters chicken bouillon
- 75 gram crumbly potato peeled, into cubes
- 2 bunch watercress
- 125 gram smoked chicken fillet (meat products) in strips
- 125 milliliters demi crème fraîche
- 1 tablespoon (semi) dried tomato or oil in strips
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Heat the oil and stir-fry the celery and the leek for 4 minutes. Pour in the fondue and add the potato. Cook gently for 12-15 minutes.

Immerse the bunches of watercress in boiling water. Add them to the soup and puree the soup.

Divide the chicken over 4 hot bowls or plates and pour the soup.

Garnish with the crème fraîche, with two tablespoons shaped into a quenelle, with strips of tomato on top.
