Directions

  1. Cut the chives finely. Finely chop the dill.
  2. Mix in a bowl of mayonnaise with 2-3 tablespoons orange juice, orange zest, chives, dill and some salt and freshly ground pepper.
  3. Cut the lettuce into pieces of 3 cm wide, remove the strips of lettuce and scoop them lightly through the dressing with the lamb's lettuce.
  4. Peel the kiwis and cut into slices. Cut the salmon slices into broad strips.
  5. Divide the salad over deep plates and put the salmon and kiwi slices on top.
