Sweet bread filled with fruit
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: strawberries ((250 g), cleaned), peaches, mashed mice, mint ((15 g), leaves chopped) and brioche (bread).

Cut the strawberries into small pieces and put in a bowl. Halve the peaches, remove the peel and the kernel and cut the flesh into small pieces. Add to the strawberries in the bowl and scoop with the crushed sprinkles and mint.

Cut the cap of the bread. Unbind the bread and cut the pieces you take out of the bread. Mix through the fruit. Spoon the mixture into the hollowed bread. Put the top back on.

Wrap the bread firmly in baking paper and then in aluminum foil. Take a bread knife, chopping board, paper plates and napkins. Fold open the foil and the baking paper and carefully cut the bread into place.
