Rocket salad with parma ham and strawberry dressing
A tasty Italian recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, Parma ham, orange, strawberries, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, (freshly ground) pepper, peeled pistachio nuts, avocado, lemon juice and mixed rocket salad (75 g).

Fry 1 tbsp oil in frying pan.

Parma ham cut into strips and crispy in approx.

3 minutes.

Squeezing orange.

Dry strawberries, carefully pat dry with kitchen paper and remove crowns.

Halve half of strawberries.

Rest of strawberries with orange juice, residual oil, vinegar and sugar with hand blender until smooth dressing.

Season with salt and pepper.

Chop the pistachio coarsely.
-
Peel, halve and remove avocado.
-
Halves cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Spread out four plates.
-
Distribute avocado and strawberries.

Give dressing over and sprinkle with pistachio nuts and pieces of ham..
