Directions

  1. Heat the tortillas 1-2 minutes per side in a dry hot skillet or stacked on a covered plate, in the microwave at 400 watts for 2-3 minutes to make them more supple.
  2. Peel the avocados. Puree half of it with the crème fraîche and add a little pepper.
  3. Cut the other half into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. Place the tortillas side by side. Brush them with the avocado cream and top them with the slares, corn, tomato, cucumber, chicken strips and avocado slices.
  5. Fold a small part of the tortilla on the bottom over the filling and roll up to a wrap. If necessary, secure it with a stick.
