Directions

  1. Marinate the onion rings in the lemon juice for about 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the watermelon, mint, basil, olives and arugula and crumble the feta.
  3. Divide the onion over the salad and pour the lemon juice and olive oil over it.
  4. Scoop all ingredients together and season with pepper.
