Chicory with prunes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: chicory, prunes, pine nuts, olive oil, dried sage, balsamic vinegar, garden broth powder (pot) and pepper.

Clean chicory and cut shrubs in length into 6 pieces.

Plums cut in quarters.

Roast in dry wok pine nuts, let cool on plate.

Heat in wok oil.

Heat the chicory pieces over a high heat for about 2 minutes.

Add sage and prunes, shake well.

Vinegar and 2 tablespoons water in wokkenschenken, stir in bouillon powder and heat for about 2 minutes.

Season the chicory with pepper.

Serve with game steaks and grilled meat..
