Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a stirring stir fry 4 shallots in 4 minutes with 2 tsp spicy paprika and 4 carrots in slices.

Spoon 1 bag of spinach (600 g, favor bag) in parts and let the leaves shrink all the time.

Add salt and (freshly ground) black pepper to taste and warm the spinach for a while.

Roast 25 g pine nuts in a dry frying pan and sprinkle over the spinach..
