Cut the white cabbages and finely chop the parsley. Stir in the mayonnaise, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and tomato ketchup in a bowl.

Season the dressing spicyly with pepper and salt. Spoon the white cabbage, carrot julienne and parsley through the dressing.

Cover the dish and leave the flavors for at least 1 hour.
