Directions
-
Break the chocolate into pieces and put them in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
-
Put the pan on a very low heat.
-
Let the chocolate slowly melt, while stirring with a wooden spatula.
-
Remove the pan from the heat once all the chocolate has melted and allow the chocolate to cool slightly.
-
In a clean bowl, whisk the egg white with the hand mixer so that it is so stiff that peaks remain during the beating.
-
Then sprinkle half of the sugar while you continue to beat.
-
Beat until the protein becomes tough and starts to shine.
-
In a different bowl, beat the whipped cream with a tablespoon of sugar with the hand mixer stiff.
-
Spoon the melted chocolate lightly through the cream with a spatula.
-
Then put the egg white on it and mix everything lightly until it is well mixed.
-
Spoon the chocolate mousse into the glasses and put them in the refrigerator.
-
Let the mousse solidify in an hour.
-
Carefully place the red fruit in a colander and rinse it under running water.
-
Let the fruit drain well.
-
Meanwhile, clean the skin of the orange under running water and dry it off.
-
Grate the orange peel thinly and squeeze out the orange.
-
Remove the crowns from the strawberries and slice the strawberries into slices.
-
Put all the fruit in a bowl and scoop the orange zest, the remaining sugar and the orange juice.
-
Let the fruit stand for at least half an hour.
-
Remove the glasses with chocolate mousse from the refrigerator and scoop the fruit.
