Directions

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and put them in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
  2. Put the pan on a very low heat.
  3. Let the chocolate slowly melt, while stirring with a wooden spatula.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat once all the chocolate has melted and allow the chocolate to cool slightly.
  5. In a clean bowl, whisk the egg white with the hand mixer so that it is so stiff that peaks remain during the beating.
  6. Then sprinkle half of the sugar while you continue to beat.
  7. Beat until the protein becomes tough and starts to shine.
  8. In a different bowl, beat the whipped cream with a tablespoon of sugar with the hand mixer stiff.
  9. Spoon the melted chocolate lightly through the cream with a spatula.
  10. Then put the egg white on it and mix everything lightly until it is well mixed.
  11. Spoon the chocolate mousse into the glasses and put them in the refrigerator.
  12. Let the mousse solidify in an hour.
  13. Carefully place the red fruit in a colander and rinse it under running water.
  14. Let the fruit drain well.
  15. Meanwhile, clean the skin of the orange under running water and dry it off.
  16. Grate the orange peel thinly and squeeze out the orange.
  17. Remove the crowns from the strawberries and slice the strawberries into slices.
  18. Put all the fruit in a bowl and scoop the orange zest, the remaining sugar and the orange juice.
  19. Let the fruit stand for at least half an hour.
  20. Remove the glasses with chocolate mousse from the refrigerator and scoop the fruit.
