Directions

  1. Cut the chocolate into small cubes with a knife. Wash the strawberries, pat dry and halve them. Cut large strawberries lengthwise in 4 parts.
  2. Wash the nectarines, pat dry and halve them. Remove the kernel and cut half of the nectarines each into 4 parts. Halve the parts.
  3. Divide the strawberries with nectarine and raspberries over the aluminum trays. Divide the pieces of chocolate over the fruit and put the marshmallows on it.
  4. Put the containers on the barbecue. If possible, close the barbecue with the lid. Heat the fruit in the trays for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate and marshmallows melt.
  5. Take the warm containers with pans from the barbecue - carefully, because there is a layer of moisture in the trays - and put them on plates. Let everything cool down slightly.
