Boil the penne according to the instructions on the package.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry wok or skillet over medium heat, shaking until golden brown. Sprinkle them on a double layer of kitchen paper.

Slice the onion. Heat the oil in the wok or skillet and fry the onion.

Spoon the spare cubes of spinach. Let the spinach, according to the instructions on the package, thawing and cooking under stirring.

Stir in the cream cheese and bring it to the boil while stirring.

Spoon the pasta into deep plates. Spoon a large spoon of spinach sauce and sprinkle the pine nuts over it. Season with salt.
