Grilled turkey with zucchini
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (peeled), shallots (peeled), turkey twigs (in strips), olive oil, dried thyme, garlic (pressed), courgettes (in slices), milk and balsamic vinegar.
Cut potatoes into pieces and cook in 20 min.
Add shallots halfway.
Cover turkey stripes with 2 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix remaining oil in shell with thyme, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cut zucchini slices in here.
Heat up the grill pan and grill the turkey in 10 minutes.
Brown and cooked through.
Meanwhile in large frying pan with non-stick coating zucchini in 5 min.
On both sides brown boxes.
Drain potatoes and mix with milk (or some cooking liquor) until smooth puree.
Serve puree, turkey and zucchini on four plates.
Dry vinegar over meat..
