Moroccan dish with chicken and sweet potato
Moroccan spiced chicken, onion, cauliflower, broccoli and potatoes: this evening, you can put the oven full of goodies. Apricot pieces and Greek yogurt for a fresh touch.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Clean the potatoes and cut them unpeeled into 2 cm pieces. Mix the potatoes with Moroccan herbs and oil.

Spread over a griddle covered with parchment paper and grate for approx. 25 minutes at the bottom of the oven.

Spoon after 10 minutes, crumble the salad cheese above it and put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean the onions and cut into thin parts. Wash the broccoli, cut into florets, peel the stalk and cut into pieces. Cut the chicken into 2 cm pieces.

Mix the onion, broccoli, chicken and cauliflower with Moroccan herbs and oil.

Spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and roast for about 15 minutes above the potatoes in the oven.

Remove the baking plates from the oven and spread the apricot pieces over the vegetables and chicken. Serve the yogurt separately.
