Wraps with chicken and cress
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken strips, wrapt tortillas (8 pieces), lettuce, avocados (edible), corn kernels ((300 g), drained), cress, sweet chili sauce, taco herbs (or chili powder), olive oil and mayonnaise.

Season the chicken strips with half of the taco herbs.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken strips while stirring in 5 minutes brown and cooked.

Heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the package.

Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them well (in a salad spinner) and tear them into pieces.

Halve the avocados, scoop out the flesh from the peel and mash it in a deep plate.

Mix it with the mayonnaise, season with the rest of the taco herbs and scoop the corn through.

Brush the tortillas with the avocado mixture and spread the lettuce and the fried chicken strips over it.

Cut some cress on top.

Fold them double and roll them up.

Place a tortilla on each plate.

Serve with the chili sauce..
