Beet burgers from the bbq
Beetroot burgers from the barbecue, with onion, green asparagus, pumpkin hummus, arugula and mild sprouts.

Light the barbecue with a firestarter or one minute lighter. After 10 minutes the barbecue is ready for use.

Cut the onions into rings of ½ cm. Cover the onion and asparagus with the oil and grill for about 8 minutes on the barbecue.

Turn the onion halfway and turn the asparagus regularly. Take the barbecue.

Grill the beet burgers about 6 minutes on the barbecue. Turn halfway. In the meantime, cut open the rolls and grill for approx. 30 seconds. on the cutting edge.

Brush each bottom half of the buns with 1 tbsp pumpkin hummus.

Divide successively rucola, the beet burgers, the rest of the hummus, the onion, asparagus and sprouts.

Cover with the top halves of the buns.
