Greek preiflan with white cheese
A nice Greek recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: leeks, eggs, cream, dried oregano, potato slices (natural) and white cheese (crumbled).

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Cut the leeks in half and rinse out the sand. Cut the leeks into pieces that are slightly shorter than the baking dish. Boil the pieces of leek in water with salt for 8 minutes. Drain them in a sieve and rinse with cold water. Let the leeks drain well.

Beat the eggs, cream and oregano in a measuring cup and add salt and pepper to taste. Spread the potato slices over the bottom of the baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the pieces of leek on the potatoes. Sprinkle the cheese over the leek and pour the cream mixture over it.
