Halve the peppers and remove the seed lists. Cut the peppers lengthwise into wafer thin strips.

Spread the tortillas on the work surface and place a slice of ham on each tortilla. Spread a line of young leaf lettuce over the ham and add a generous stripe of cheese salad. Divide the pepper strips over it.

Roll up the tortillas firmly and wrap each wrap separately tightly in plastic wrap.
