Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place in a pan with hot water. The water must not boil, otherwise the mixture will start to separate.
  2. Beat well with a whisk or mixer. After a few minutes the mixture becomes thicker, keep mixing to the desired thickness.
  3. Put the bowl in a pan with cold water and beat for a while to cool it down slightly. Sift the lawyer through a fine sieve and pour into a bottle.
  4. Tasty with whipped cream.
