Ingredients
Directions
-
Put the elite oat in the food processor and fine. Cover the bottom of the freezer tray with parchment paper.
-
Divide the ground elite oats over it and press with the convex side of a spoon.
-
Put the yogurt in a bowl and stir in the honey.
-
Put the frozen fruit in the food processor and fine. Mix the fruit puree through the rest of the yogurt.
-
Stir the white and purple-pink yogurt together, but do not stir too much. This way both colors remain visible.
-
Spread the yoghurt mixture over the nut base. Do not press too much, otherwise the floor of the nut may come off.
-
Close the freezer tray with the lid and let it harden in the freezer for 3 hours.
-
Remove the frozen yogurt from the tray using the baking paper. Allow 10 minutes to warm up and cut into 12 strips.
-
Keep the bars that you want to eat later in the sealed container in the freezer.
