Winter pasta with chorizo
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, chorizo ((sausage 250 g), diced), onions (in half rings), penne (pasta, bag 500 g), kale (450 g, frozen), Pecorino Romano (cheese) , black olives (without pit (a 240 g)) and extra virgin olive oil.

Fry the chorizo in a frying pan for 10 minutes on low heat. Add the onion and cook for another 8 minutes. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cook the kale according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain and scoop through the chorizo-mix mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Put the pasta in a bowl and mix in the kale mixture. Scrape the cheese over it, sprinkle with the olives and drizzle with the oil.
