Sicilian fish rolls
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, plaice, old white bread, onion, olive oil, pine nuts, white raisins, Marsala, fresh orange juice, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Cut fish fillets with a sharp knife into small fillets. Covered in a refrigerator. Cut the crusts of bread and grind the bread in the food processor until it is fine. Peel and finely chop onions.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas oven 4. Lightly grease the baking dish. Fry 1 tbsp oil in frying pan. Onion, gently saute for about 2 minutes. Rub pine nuts and raisins gently for approx. 3 minutes. Add Marsala and evaporate on 1 tbsp. Stir in orange juice, cheese and 1/3 of breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Distribute pine nut filling on fish fillets on one side. Fill up the rolls carefully and stick with cocktail sticks. In a deep plate stir the rest of oil, salt and pepper together. Sprinkle leftover breadcrumbs on another plate. Fish rolls first by oil, then by bread crumbling. Roll together in a baking dish. Cook in the middle of the oven in 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden brown. Delicious with rocket salad and pasta.
