Directions
-
Knead the mince with egg, breadcrumbs, pizza herbs, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
-
Divide the minced meat into 8 equal pieces. Press each piece with wet hands into a flat piece. Put a ball of mozzarella on it, fold the mince around the mozzarella and knead it well with wet hands. Make sure there are no cracks in the minced meat.
-
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Bake the meatballs around brown.
-
Turn down the heat and add a splash of water. Place the lid diagonally on the pan and roast the meatballs in 10 minutes. Turn them a quarter of a turn.
-
Cut the peppers into pieces, add them with salt and pepper to the meatballs. Cook everything for another 10 minutes. Spoon the meatballs with paprika in a bowl. Delicious with ciabatta with olive and a salad with arugula and tomato.
