Couscous salad with crispy tofu
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: couscous (pack a 400 g), zucchini (150 g), garlic dressing (bottle), stir fry or finely seasoned (200 g) and lamb's lettuce (75 g).

Garlic dressing and 125 ml of boiling water through it.

Leave the salad for about 5 minutes.

In dry wokkentofu, you can bake crispy in 3 to 5 minutes.
