A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: couscous (pack a 400 g), zucchini (150 g), garlic dressing (bottle), stir fry or finely seasoned (200 g) and lamb's lettuce (75 g).

Directions

  1. Cuddling couscous and zucchini in a bowl.
  2. Garlic dressing and 125 ml of boiling water through it.
  3. Leave the salad for about 5 minutes.
  4. In dry wokkentofu, you can bake crispy in 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Spread the lamb's lettuce over the bowls.
  6. Prepare couscous salad and sprinkle tofu over it..
