Gnocchi with salmon in lime sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, limes, fresh parsley (a 30 g), salmon fillet, green beans, gnocchi di patate (potato pasta balls, 500 g), olive oil and whipped cream (125 ml).

Wash lime, peel grate and squeeze out limes.

Chop minced parsley.

Eat green beans and cook until tender in 8 minutes.

Prepare Gnocchi according to the instructions for use.

Season salmon fillets with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper.

Heat in casserole oil, half of lime juice and 4 tbsp water and cover the salmon in 8 min.

Remove salmon from the pan and keep warm.

Stir the rest of lime juice, lime zest and parsley through the stew.

Add whipped cream and heat sauce.

Stir in sauce through gnocchi.
