Cut the pangasius into cubes.

Finely chop the garlic.

Cut the pepper into strips.

Bring a pan with plenty of water and a little salt to the boil.

Place the oven at 70 ° C and put the plates in it.

Mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic and half of the lime juice in a bowl.
