Noodles with shrimps
Oriental wok dish with green beans, red onion, garlic, sunflower oil, oyster sauce, sambal oelek, noodles and pink shrimps.

Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Halve the green beans and cook until about 6 minutes until al dente. Drain afterwards.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion and garlic approx. 2 min. Fry the green beans for approx. 2 min.

Stir in the oyster sauce and sambal through the vegetable mixture and let the vegetables simmer for about 2 minutes.

Spoon the noodles and shrimps in the vegetables and stir-fry in about 2 minutes.
