                                Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the sausages in 3 min. Brown.
 - 
                                Chop the onion and finely chop the leaves of the sage. Put the sausages on the side and fry the sage in the pan with the onion 1 min. Add the tomatoes and tabasco.

                                Cook the sausages in 10 min. Until done. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packaging.
 - 
                                After 5 minutes, drain the lentils through the tomato sauce and warm.
 - 
                                Drain the gnocchi and scoop through the lentils with the sausages. Add salt and extra tabasco if necessary.
