Rice with bean sprouts and steak.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the steak into strips. Mix the ketjapmarinademet sambal in a dish.
  2. Press the garlic above it. Place the steak in a bowl, spoon over and leave to marinate for about 15 minutes.
  3. Clean the leek, wash it and cut it into slanted rings. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the steak about 3 minutes (keep the marinade).
  4. Remove the steak from the wok keeping it warm. Heat the oil and stir-fry the onion for about 3 minutes. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for about 1 min.
  5. Add the steak and the marinade and bake for about 1 minute. Serve the steak with rice.
