Directions

Heat the wraps according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the onion and cut the pepper into strips.

Heat the oil in the wok and fry the shawarma in approx. 3 minutes.

Put the shawarma on a plate and stir-fry the onion and bell pepper in the shortening for about 3 minutes.

Scoop the shawarma through and heat everything for a while.

Brush the wraps with the ketchup and spread the lamb's lettuce over it.

Spoon the shawarma mixture in the middle and fold the sides of the wraps over it.

Fold the wraps closed and secure with a cocktail stick.

Serve the wraps with the garlic sauce.
