Grilled salmon with sea salt
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, salmon fillet, pandan rice, fresh dill (15 g), lemon, coarse sea salt (box of 500 g), olive oil, red onion and broken green beans (500 g).

Let salmon come to room temperature.

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Dill finely.

Squeeze out the lemon.

Dressing beats of lemon juice, 4 tbsp oil, dill, sea salt and pepper to taste.

Peel onion, halve and cut into thin slices.

Boil the beans for 8 min.

Until al dente and drain.

Mix green beans with onion and half of lemon dressing.

Heat up the grill pan.

Salmon (with kitchen brush) thinly cover with the rest of oil.

Fish in 6 min.

Cook until cooked, turn halfway (core may remain glassy).

Cut the fillet of salmon into oblique slices and sprinkle generously with sea salt and pepper.

Fill the salmon fillet with the rest of lemon dressing, spinach salad and rice..
