Fresh spaghetti with vegetable-ground minced tomato sauce

Bring a large pot of water to the boil for the pasta.

Slice the bacon. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon for 3 min. On medium heat. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, clean the garlic and cut it fine. Wash the tomatoes and cut into parts.

Add the mince and garlic to the bacon and cook for 3 minutes on a high heat. Add the stir-fry vegetable and fry for 5 minutes.

Add the tomato sauce, tomato wedges, the water, some pepper and possibly salt to the skillet.

Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat.

In the meantime, add the pasta and any salt to the pan with boiling water and cook in 4 minutes until al dente.

Mix the arugula with the walnuts and drizzle with the oil.

Divide the pasta over deep plates, scoop the sauce and serve with the salad. Sprinkle with the cheese.
