Fried sea bass with sweet red pepper
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, red peppers, apple juice, sea bass fillets, freshly ground lemon pepper, olive oil, fresh chives ((25 g) and in coarse pieces).

Halve the peppers in the length and remove the seeds.

Cut the peppers into wafer-thin, long strips.

Bring the apple juice to a boil in a pan.

Add the pepper strips and let them simmer for 5 minutes, making them slightly less spicy in taste.

Rub the sea bass fillets on the white side with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and place the sea bass fillets in the oil with the skin side.

Fry the fillets over high heat for 4-6 minutes, turn them carefully and fry the fillets in brown and cooked for another 2-4 minutes.

Divide the chives in the middle of four plates.

Take the strips of pepper out of the apple juice and let them drain.

Place the seabass fillets with the white side up on the chives and spoon the strips of pepper over them.

Tasty with a salad of couscous and cucumber..
