Directions

  1. Cut the peppers into small cubes and finely chop the coriander.
  2. In a bowl, combine the carrot salad with the paprika, coriander, cumin, a few drops of hot pepper sauce and some salt.
  3. Cut the chicken fillet diagonally into thin slices.
  4. Halve the avocado, remove the peel and cut the avocado into long slices.
  5. Spread the tortillas and brush them with the Greek yogurt.
  6. Place a stripe of carrot salad with chicken and avocado slices on top.
  7. Roll up the tortillas and cut them diagonally in half.
