Directions

  1. Heat the oven grill. Use an egg slicer to cut the eggs into slices and halve them.
  2. Mix the crème fraîche with the mayonnaise, the mustard, the milk, salt, pepper and half of the spring onion.
  3. Scoop the egg lightly. Cross the tomatoes at the bottom.
  4. Put them on a baking tray, brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper. Place the slices of ham.
  5. Roast the tomatoes and ham for 4-5 minutes under the hot grill. Turn the ham over after 2 minutes.
  6. Serve the egg salad, sprinkled with the rest of the spring onion and cress with the tomatoes and ham.
