If necessary, cut the inner core from the chicory stalks and cut the praise into slanted strips.

Roast the walnuts in a dry, hot frying pan.

Beat the ingredients for the dressing together.

Spoon the dressing, half of the nuts and half of the blue cheese through the chicory strips. Divide the slices of pear over them and sprinkle with the rest of the nuts and blue cheese.
