A nice Mediterranean recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, onion (chopped), garlic (chopped), olive oil, red peppers (in strips), sardines (drained and in pieces), black olives without pip (halved) and shoarma breads.

Directions

  1. Fry in oil frying onion and garlic for 2 minutes in oil.
  2. Add pepper and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Sardines and olives for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Grease the fish mixture with salt and pepper.
  5. roast shoarma sandwiches in toaster, open and fill with sardine mixture..
