Directions

  1. Mix the Ceviche blend with the on a plate.
  2. Beat in a deep plate the egg with salt.
  3. Cut the lemon into wedges and cut the bread rolls.
  4. Pass the cutlets through the egg and panko successively.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the cutlets in 3 min. Per side until tender and golden brown.
  6. Cover the bread rolls with the cutlets and the rocket and halve the rolls. Serve with the lemon wedges.
