Mix the Ceviche blend with the on a plate.

Beat in a deep plate the egg with salt.

Cut the lemon into wedges and cut the bread rolls.

Pass the cutlets through the egg and panko successively.

Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the cutlets in 3 min. Per side until tender and golden brown.

Cover the bread rolls with the cutlets and the rocket and halve the rolls. Serve with the lemon wedges.
