Yellow rice with salami and pointed pepper
Rice with broad beans, pointed pepper and mildly seasoned salami.

Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, remove the skin from the salami, cut the sausage into slices of ½ cm and halve it. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Halve the peppers in the length, remove the seeds and cut into thin half rings.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the salami for 3 minutes. Meanwhile cut the apricots into pieces.

Add the onion, garlic, paprika and oregano to the salami and cook for 3 minutes. Add the broad beans and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.

Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the rice and apricots. Sprinkle with the pine nuts and serve.
