Yogurt-fruit shake
A tasty Dutch recipe. The drink without alcohol contains the following ingredients: pear (peeled), banana (peeled), raspberries and blueberries ((box 250 g, freezer), thawed), low-fat yoghurt and thick juice apple-blue berry (bottle 400 ml).

Cut the pear and banana into pieces. Mix all the fruit with the thin yogurt and the thick juice in a high jug and puree the whole in the blender or with the stick mixer to a shake.

Pour the shake into festive glasses or - for the children - into sturdy plastic cups and garnish with a cheerful straw and / or umbrella.
