A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: galia melon, dairy soft yellow orchard fruit ice cream (frozen, 450 ml) and volley yoghurt.

Directions

  1. Halve melon, remove seeds and peel.
  2. Cut the flesh into pieces and mash with a hand blender or food processor.
  3. Stir in ice cream and yogurt and mix well.
  4. Pour into four tall glasses..
