                            Yogurt-spinach soup
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onions (chopped), olive oil, ready-to-cook spinach, basmati rice, cumin (djinten), vegetable stock (from tablet), natural bread (2 pieces) and Greek yoghurt.

                                In a (soup) pan onion in oil, fry for 3 minutes.

                                Add spinach and let it shrink in 3 minutes with constant shoveling.

                                Boil rice and cumin with spinach, add hot stock.
 - 
                                Cook for about 8 minutes until rice is tender.
 - 
                                roasting flatbreads (in pieces) in toaster.
 - 
                                Season the yoghurt with salt and pepper.
 - 
                                Take a pan of heat and stir yogurt with spinach soup.

                                Spread the soup over four large bowls, serve with flat bread..
