Salad recipe from blogger Anne of Your Little Black Book with tomato, baby kale, young leaf lettuce, arugula, eggplant, Parmesan cheese and grilled chicken.

Cut the chicken into pieces and grill in the grill pan until golden brown and done.

Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix the baby kale and young leaf lettuce / rucola mixture in a bowl.

Add the grilled eggplant, cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken and fresh chick peas sprouts to the leaf lettuce kale mix.

Finish the salad with the Parmesan cheese shavings and fresh caesar salad dressing. Mix well and serve.
