Curry chicken with ham and spinach
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, brown rice (400 g), chicken breast (diced), curry powder, olive oil, raw ham ((eg Coburger ham), strips), garlic (finely chopped), spinach (600 g) and soy cuisine (250 ml).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, sprinkle the chicken fillet with the curry powder. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pan and fry the chicken in 2 min. Around golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and keep separate. Fry the ham in the same pan for 1 min. Scoop the chicken.

Heat the rest of the oil in the same pan. Fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the spinach and let it shrink in time. Add the soy cuisine and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the chicken and warm for another 3 minutes.

Divide the rice over the plates and serve with the chicken spinach mixture.
