Dish of bacon steaks with garden peas, broad beans, potatoes and honey mustard dressing.

Directions

  1. Lubricate the bacon strips with olive oil and cook on the barbecue or grill pan on both sides for about 5 minutes until crispy and cooked.
  2. Bring water in a large pan to the boil and briefly cook the green beans and garden peas until they float up.
  3. Remove them from the water and drain. Cook the potatoes for 3 minutes in the same water. Scoop out and allow to evaporate. Slice the mint leaves.
  4. Spoon vegetables with baby potatoes and fresh mint, and pour the dressing over. Serve the bacon patties.
