Creamy salmon wraps with avocado


Tortilla with dairy spread, red pepper, salmon, avocado, red onion and lamb's lettuce.

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into half rings, the bell pepper into strips and the salmon into pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and paprika for 2 min. Mix in the salmon and heat for 2 min.
  3. Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and peel the fruit. Cut the flesh into slices.
  4. Heat the tortilla wraps according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Brush the wraps with the dairy spread. Divide the lamb's lettuce, salmon with vegetables and the avocado. Roll them up and place them on a scale.
