Heat the herb butter in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in 15 minutes until golden brown and done. Season regularly and season with pepper.

Meanwhile, heat the grill pan without oil or butter. Halve the pork tenderloin in the length.

Meanwhile cut the stems and a small piece of the underside of the fennel tubers. Halve the tubers and cut into strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fennel, onion and fennel seed for 8 minutes.

Cut the pork tenderloin into slices and spread the rest of the herb butter over it. Serve with the vegetables and potatoes.
