Macaroni with salmon, shrimps and cream

Bring 1.5 liters of water to the boil. Add salt and cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Pour the macaroni into a colander and drain briefly.

Spoon the macaroni back into the pan and add the mascarpone, chilli (or sambal), lemon peel, parsley, salmon pieces, smoked salmon pieces and shrimp.

Heat the whole thing in between, so that the mascarpone melts and the salmon pieces are just cooked, they may still be a little glassy. Divide the macaroni over two deep plates and grind a little salt and pepper to taste.
